Site Survey & Design (September)

We survey your property before the season, photograph all structural elements, map power access points, calculate load requirements, and deliver a complete lighting design with fixture layout, power plan, and timeline. Design approval typically takes 1–2 weeks.

Installation (October–November)

Commercial installation is completed in October or early November so your property is fully lit before December 1. Our commercial crew works efficiently to minimise disruption to your tenants and customers. All work is completed to ESA electrical standards with GFCI-protected circuits throughout.

Maintenance & Removal (January)

Mid-season maintenance visits replace any failed components. After the holiday season, we return for full removal at your scheduled date, leaving your property completely clear. Commercial clients are invoiced a single annual fee covering design, install, maintenance, and removal.

Roofline & Canopy LED Lighting

Commercial-grade LED string lights installed along rooflines, canopies, and building outlines. Available in warm white, cool white, multicolour, and custom brand-matched colours. C7 and C9 commercial LED bulbs rated for -40°C. Typical coverage: 200–2,000 linear feet per property.

Tree & Shrub Wrapping

Professional tree and shrub wrapping transforms landscaped areas into illuminated features. We use commercial LED mini-light strings on heavy-duty SPT-2 wire, spirally wrapped from base to tip. Suitable for parking lot trees, boulevard plantings, and courtyard features. Rated for outdoor winter use.

Large-Scale Ornamental Displays

Custom LED motif displays, oversized ornaments, snowflakes, stars, reindeer, and seasonal shapes, mounted on buildings, light standards, and landscape features. Commercial LED motifs from Wintergreen Lighting and Holiday Bright Lights rated for outdoor installation with commercial-grade framing.

Entrance Arch & Feature Displays

Custom-built LED arch displays, tunnel features, and entrance installations transform the entry experience for malls, plazas, and corporate campuses. Structures engineered to Ontario Building Code standards for temporary seasonal installations. Sizes from 10 ft to 30+ ft spans.

Single Retail Storefront

Roofline lighting, entrance feature, window display. Single location, full-service contract.
